Refunds Policy

All items are custom produced to individual requirements, therefore we cannot offer a refund unless the product does not match the order or is defective.

You may not be entitled to a full refund if you decide to cancel the order after artwork is confirmed for printing. If the amount involves our artwork services, than the full design fee along with any other associated charges will be retained by GB Decals.

You will not be entitled to any refund, if for whatever reason you decide to cancel the order whilst in print unless we cannot complete the order within our specified production times (whilst our turnaround times are a good estimate of usual service levels, they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to variation). If you need an order urgently or for a specific date please contact us before ordering). Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of GB Decals or any agent acting on behalf of GB Decals.   

Please remember that whilst we try our best to make sure your product is as accurate as possible, products are subject to a 2% margin of error.
